You were charged with a crime illegally due to political motivation by the Mayor and could not find an attorney to "REALLY" defend you. What would you do?By the way, your attorney "threw" your case and you were convicted of a felony because of it! What would you do? Really?

This little story sounds like every guilty person's novel. lol
I didn't do it...the police, the judge, the attorney and the mayor are all in a big conspiracy against me lol. Oh and Elvis was there too.

If you feel that your rights were violated, call the ACLU and also get in touch with a Federal Prosecutor, and get in touch with the Bar Association and a transcript of the trial is easy enough to prove your allegations (unless that's been "tampered" with, too) and spill your heart out to them. Just be able to prove your claims or practice loosening your sphincter muscles. I hear that prison is no place to be picking up a bar of soap from the floor of a shower!

First, report your lawyer to the bar in your state. See if you can have him disbarred for futzing with your case.

Second, hire a better lawyer and appeal. You may even be able to sue your previous lawyer if he was that bad.
