There is not much you can do at this point. the most danger is from it getting stuck in his mouth or throat..You will just need to watch him, and make sure that he poops OK for the next couple of days..the bone may digest well, and pass without problems, but if you see that he is constipated, then he needs a trip to the vet..
It is actually very rare that they do internal damage..Don't be surprised if she vomits it up..
You can give him Metamucil to help move things along, just a 1/2 teaspoon sprinkled over his food, or a little canned creamed corn, if he has no food allergies.

I have to agree with Chetco. Just observe the the dog when it goes potty tomorrow. If there is blood in the stool, then it is time to take your dog to the vet, because that could be a rip in the intestine from a splintered bone. Sometimes it can be severe and sometimes it can be mild and a lot of times there is no reaction on the dogs part from swallowing a chicken bone. I am more worried when they chew it in to little pieces, creating more splintered pieces.
Just stay observant.

Go to your vet so they can get an x-ray. If the bones are too big and in the dogs stomach, they’ll need surgery to get them out. Either that or, if the bones are small enough, will wait for the dog to crap it out and do another x-ray to make sure.
Sitting around doing nothing can result in the bones getting stuck in the dogs intestine, where it’ll either cut the inner parts of your dog open or plug it up til the intestine start to go bad and rot from lack of blood.

I highly doubt your 'CHIWAWA' actually swollowed a BBQ wing bone considering you don't even know how to spell the breed of your dog (CHIHUAHUA).
However, if you really do own a CHIHUAHUA and it did actually swollow a wing bone, take it to the Vet because it could be very hard for a small dog to digest a bone that it could have swolled accidently (sp?).

If she really did, you probably need to take her to the emergency clinic. She will not be able to digest the bone. I fond it hard to believe that she swallowed a bone tho. She would have got choked on it. It would not have gon down.

take her/him to the emergency vet immediatly. the bbq wing bone can be big enough to block her breathing tube, and cause her/him to choke to death. see if you can reach it out with your fingers, but stop trying if you cant get it.
but go to a vet now.
