Anyone got any good way's to loose weight fast?

Don't do the starvation diet or fasting. I mean fasting is to cleanse not lose weight. Right now i am fasting for thirty-days because of my religion but I like lost one pound lol. Don't eat junk food, maybe you can cheat like a day or so. Eat healthy, eggs and salads. But salads dont make you full, nor veggies and fruits. So have a full meal (healthy!). Drink gatorade and water, not too much soda.

Ride a bicycle.
Jump rope.
Park your car a few blocks away from where you need to be & walk the rest of the way.
If you know you're going to eat junk food, walk instead of driving there.
If you don't have a car, get off the bus a couple of blocks early.
When you're walking, don't amble..pump it!

Read "Eat Right for Your Blood Type" & change your diet accordingly.

I lost 26kg's in 5 months (1/3 of my body weight) doing these things.

well diet and exercise is always the prefferd way but if u wana lose weight fast just do a liquid fast..... like nothing but water or juice for a few days ive done that a couple times .....its hard but u do lose weight good luck!

Don't try to lose weight fast its harmful for you.As you know eat is one important human needed you must eat but for losing your saved extra food in your body you should do exercise(simple form is more walking) lesser sleep and don't eat much fatness & sweet food.

Trimspa.. exercise yup... no coffee, soda,rice or meat.. you will loose so much weight in a couple of days.. trust me i did it..

hi princess..
well,i think if you eat TRICTLY!! three time a day + exercise,that can do the trick..no mid-night snaking!! lol dont starv yourself either.
NO snaking in-between-meals either...just take water/orange juice
good luck :) and be stronge!
