ABSOLUTELY NOT!
You need to take it easy for the rest of the day; you've just given away a decent percentage of your blood, & your body's saying "What the ...?" Although you may not realise it, you'll be a bit weak.
You'll be fine the following day, so hit the gym then.
Look at it this way; when you go to the gym & work out, you've done something to be pleased about.
When you give blood, you've done something to be proud of.
Good on you for donating!

The Red Cross and other US blood centers recommend no strenuous exercise for 24 hrs after donating. You have lost about 10% of you red blood cells, which contain hemoglobin - so your blood has a lower capacity to carry oxygen to your muscles. You may get dizzy, but you will tire much more quickly.

Inadvisable. Your asking your body to do a job which it finds tough enough whilst running at a severely reduced capicity. When you eat or exercise your body sends blood to the nominated area. This leaves your blood supply inadequate in some areas.
[For example, if your body is busy digesting and you lift weights or go for a run (or a swim!) because the blood in your body is predominantly working around the intestine, your muscles may cramp.]
So, if your body demands blood at your muscles, blood will go to your muscles, probably sacrificing the blood supply to your brain. Hence, dizziness and passing out.

I wouldn't. I donated blood at HS a few weeks ago and they told us specifically to take it easy. A buddy of mine went to practice afterwards, and when he came back he was pale as a ghost and the arm he had the iv in was bruised
