I'm a professional Barista so I can tell you. A wet cappuccino has more milk to it. A dry cappuccino has mostly foam. And a true cappuccino has equal parts of espresso, foam and milk.

I believe wet, in bar terms, means 'spiked'. Like at a liscenced LLBO, you can get a 'spiked' cafe mocha, which has bailey's in it.
