Usually a book or a movie is copy righted so you would have to pay royalties to the Author or producers. At least you would have to gain permission. It is easier to just change a word or letter in a word to form the title of your business.

I visited the Amazon.com internet cafe in Indonesia, but name your business that in the US and you get an expensive letter. The only ways to use a copyrighted phrase in a business name is to do it and not get caught or pay for the privilege.
