I really like this girl and she likes me. I went with her on a date (bowling) last night and asked her to be my girlfriend. She said yes.
She's shy and I'm her first boyfriend. I'd like to be the one to give her that "first kiss." But I'm not sure how or if I should.
Any ideas?

1. It's caring of you to be concerned and be asking for advice.
2. Keep the first kiss very sweet and brief and innocent, and you'll know from her reaction if that was okay, and probably also whether she'd be okay with a more romantic kiss.
3. Take down the link to the photo of both of you. It's not cool to post a photo publicly of another person and ask strangers' opinions about her or about the two of you together. I get why you did it, but she might find it creepy and invasive of her privacy.
4. As another said, if she was likely to be 'grossed out' by you, she wouldn't have likely said yes to being your GF. ;o)
5. Don't rush things. Have fun together, enjoy the process of getting to know each other as people, and the other stuff will happen when it's time.
6. It also doesn't hurt to ask, gently, when in doubt. i.e.) "May I kiss you?" Or "Is this okay?" Go with her lead, or her responses.

well. For one thing I'm not 6 I'm 12. But I its a first kiss then tell him you wanna kiss him. If he approves then go for it.

I dont remember my first kiss. I suggest wait for a couple of dates, then suggest it to her. For the time being you could just kiss her on the forehead or the cheek. I hope that helps. If she was grossed out by you, she wouldnt be ur girlfiend.

I'm not too sure. I haven't dated a girl in that situation in a very long time.
Give her time to get comfortable around you.
Your her first, so she's going to be a little nervous even being around you.
Don't rush anything, you'll find a great time to do it.

No, she won't be grossed out by you. You are living one of the most exciting times of your life- enjoy the nervousness, a lot of adult life is just plain boring.

i don't think this is the place to ask that question. you need to ask yourself and just do what feels right. I don't think she would've agreed to be your boyfriend if she thought you were "gross"
