Call the local DPS office. Texas has a sex offender registry online. You may do a search in google to see if there is an online registry for your area. I do the exact same thing when I move to a new place. You can NEVER be too careful when it comes to your children's safety! Good luck and thank you for being a caring, responsible parent!

Hey, I live near 59th and Northern. The police here are very good about sending out flyers to notify people when a sex offender moves in. The police in Phoenix are also very good at notifying people.

http://www.nsopr.gov/ from the US Attorney General and every state! Where they live, what kind of car they drive, aliases, pictures, etc. Then just go to google or yahoo maps and pinpoint them.
I just searched it for Glendale, AZ and got 92 names, so i guess the answer is "yes"..
You can contact your local county sherriff too, but I still like this site.

I live near 43rd and Northern and the police let you know and believe me news travels fast. Most importantly you as a parent must watch and teach your children.

convicted sex offenders are required to register so people know who they are. but they are everywhere literally you kinda have to rely more on teacher your child about how to avoid those situations and less on trying to get away from them.
