Yes, but at some point jealousy and innuendo is going to rear it's ugly head. So, I'm going to say if it's too involved, no. I wouldn't want my wife, if I had one, to be meeting with a man, Christian or not, several times a week. Next thing you know, things happen. I know that's jaded, but it's also reality as we are all human.

I believe it's possible to love one another in a brotherly/sisterly fashion, but that doesn't mean that giving up time with one's OWN spouse to spend time with someone else's may not prove detrimental to both couples. So..I guess you could say it's possible, but more importantly, it's playing with fire!

as long as they are careful about friendship and set up clear boundaries....if not careful can lead to temptation...also must be honest with partners about friendship...and be careful not to hang out alone (public places work well) so that no one can even attempt to imply more to there friendship than is really going on(Satan loves to rip families/marriages apart)

yes, for men full of gods spirit already know, young women are sisters and the older mothers, with all purity. feeling desire for one another than back off and wait, you are not strong enough.

God made woman and man to be companions.
Companions can mean husband and wife, close friends, or family.
So yes, as long as its only friends then its ok.
