this is highly unrecommended, but it is the cheapest, fastest, and easiest way: take a broad knife and lay it over the eye of a stove on high, wait until the knife is hot and run the broad side over the tattoo...the heat will immediately take off the skin-it'll hurt like hell and you have to be careful not to get an infection, but it works. keep it clean, dry and bandaged...good luck...

Advice: Don't get tattoos you don't want forever.
There are many very hazardos way to remove tattoos, and I will not list them, because I couldn't advocate that.
My tip is Save up, and either get it covered it up, or lasered off.
A few ways that a professional does it is usually cover up, laser removal(more painful and expensive than a tattoos), or cutting it out, but that leaves a nasty scar.... The only scar-free way to remove a tattoo is to cover it up. Lasers leave scars and/or discolorations of your skin.
There is NO safe, CHEAP way to remove a tattoo. It all costs a lot.
Tattoos should not be taken lightly to avoid this problem.

By not getting one in the first place?!?
Getting a Temporary Tattoo :
Cheap - it costs .50 in one of those machines inside of most stores and uses a dab of water for application
Fast - takes 20 seconds to apply and minimal pressure
Easiest - wash skin after application to remove or wait for 5-7 days for it to wear off

It is impossible to remove "tattoes". If you want to remove tattoos, however, try wrecking balm. It might even be a website wreckingbalm.com, but that product definitely exists.

Ride around with the drunk buddies that talked you into getting it in the first place, get into a terrible accident that will shatter your family's inner peace and get the arm/leg/butt ripped off your body....or live with it. There is no fast easy or cheap (it's very very expensive) way!

There isn't one. They're permanent. You can cover them up - but to "remove" one will take time, money and a good doctor.
