If this disturbs you, that means that it is better that you stop dating her before you really will hurt her feelings. We are human beings and if you can't cope with this delicate situation you should be mature enough to admit to yourself that it is a problem to you. If it was not a problem you would have never asked the question.
Don't make this girl suffer. A women without a breast means that she had cancer or something that is not right. The impact that this has on a woman is terrible.
