A new set of golf clubs or something for some other sport he might like. If he does not like sports then maybe tools or ask a friend of his if he has ever mentioned anything to them that he would like.

Men like it when women take control on special days like this. Take him out for the day. Some thing he would not normally do - pick nick-try it. Go for a movie. Then take him home and get ready for the theater or a show. After go out for a really good dinner. Take him home and give him his gift - he would have wondered if he was getting any thing. Then give him another private show he will never forget. Buy him a i-pod, cell phone or laptop. Men love that stuff. Good luck my friend. He is one lucky fish.

Well, you could get him a nice watch, or a perfume, of something you know he really likes, i.e., a dvd or a videogame. If he isn't a material boy, then give him something you made yourself. Something really nice would be this: Buy a bucket of his favorite ice cream. With cookies, make a little human-like figurine. Put your picture on its face and add a happy birthday sign. He'll love it. You can substitute the figurine with a paper flower of something. Just don't forget to put crumbled oreos to simulate soil. Good luck!

With gals, places like Macy's, Saks, and Dillard's are the thing, but guys are wired differently.
A gift card to electronics places like Best Buy or Circuit City or to a favorite sporting goods store would make sense -- that way, even if you don't know exactly what to get him, at least you are "in the ballpark," if you forgive the pun. ;)

if he hasn;t dropped any hints for tangible items (cellphone accessories, automobile stuff and so on) then a great gift would be a night out. try a nice dinner (not too formal, but something with a laid back atmosphere and good food), along with a movie and most importantly, time for the two of you to be together.

Ok! if he has already had sex then you need to look at his intrests like if he is a artsy guy the get him some thing to paint with or some thing related to his intrests but if he has not then you know what i'm getting at! if he is normal then you could also try a six-pack of beer...! :)

I always think it is the best gift when my girl is romantic to me on my birthday. (not sex), but just take him somwhere very special.
You have to get him a gift also and I would say get him a nice neckless or some kind of nice jewlery. Do something he will always remember.
