i have a friend who i really like. she knows i like her. i asked her out a yera ago and she said no. we have grown close since then. i wanna ask her out again but i doubt she wants a bf in her life right now. i know she wouldnt mind having just a hook up buddy. knowing that do u think i should ask her out again or just try kissing her?

ask her. but since she is your friend, try not to be offended if she turns you down- a lot of times, women just want male friends (but sometimes its hard if crushes become involved.)
you should probably just continue to be her friend and hint that you like her in a more-than-friends way, and let her decide.

As a friend ask her. Don't assume she is just looking for a buddy.
Be mature, and talk about the situation. Make sure your on the same page.
If you are right in your thinking, and all she wants is friend with benefits. Show her she has that right in front of her.
Just don't assume. Women and men do think differently, and you just might lose a friend if you assume wrong.

Just be yourself. If you feel like kissing her, try. Maybe she'll kiss you back, in which case everything should work out by itself. If she doesn't, then if you two are really as good friends as you say, you should be able to continue being friends with no problems.
