Go to Oregon Trail Jerky- they go to boat shows and stuff here in the Bay Area. They sell sweet jerky called Pioneer Candy and they sell a hot jerky with habenero peppers. My favorite is the garlic lime. It's worth the price.

pork Jerky Recipe factors: 2 pounds flank steak sliced skinny a million/2 cup soy sauce a million/4 cup honey 6 Cloves garlic minced a million tablespoon ginger grated -- heaping a million a million/2 tablespoon pink pepper flakes OR 30 grinds black pepper freshly floor a million teaspoon sesame oil a million teaspoon worcestershire sauce a million teaspoon onion powder a million/2 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring guidelines: partly freeze steak to assist in reducing. do away with all extraneous fat, slice thinly (a million/4 inch). combine final factors, mixture properly, and marinate meat in one day. Dry with dehydrator or in oven on lowest temp.

I MAKE BEEF JERKY AT HOME. OUT OF A THIN CUT ROAST , LOTS OF SPICE SOY SAUCE . MY HUSBAND AND HIS FRIENDS LOVE IT .
