You can't. If you have to watch them like an hawk to stop them cheating on you, dump them and find someone who's trustworthy and will respect your relationship.

effective method hmm find the right woman that loves you as much as you love her and you won't have to worry about her cheating. You can't just say I love her she loves me all is good and not work at keeping it that way. You have to grow and evolve as a couple you cannot remain the same person year after year and never change.

A lot of the people on here give crappy answers. First of all, I agree with the trust thing. She MUST be a trustworthy individual, and YOU MUST trust her. She also SHOULD NOT take your trust for granted. That is a GIFT from one person to another. Once it is broken, it is very, very hard to rebuild. Secondly, try to fulfill ALL of her needs--emotional, physical, & spiritual...don't just be a "talker". SHOW her you love her, you need her. SHOW her that you WANT her. Try new things in the bedroom. Let her know that her pleasure is your pleasure as well. SUPPORT her hopes & dreams. Basically, just LOVE her....wholly, intimately, surround her with it...but don't smother her.

1. Don't date someone who has been a cheat
2. Be interesting by keeping that honeymoon spirit all the time
3. Don't suffocate the other person by holding on too tightly
4. Don't give the other person doubts about your fidelity.

people will try to get away with what they think they can.

If the both of you are not on the same page (committed to the relationship), it's just never going to work.

You can't control a person. Sry :(

Keep them satisfied, emotionally aswell as physically... If they're getting all they need out of the relationship, & they are happy, & feel loved etc... I dont see why someone would stay

If you have to worry about it .. then the relationship isn't right for you. It's trust. That is the only way to go. Good Luck ! :)
