Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough

"Want to make your pizza dough, but don't have time for it to rise? This is a quick and easy recipe for you! Just combine whole wheat flour, yeast, wheat germ, salt and honey, bake, and then top with your favorite toppings."
INGREDIENTS:
1 (.25 ounce) package active
dry yeast
1 cup warm water
2 cups whole wheat flour 1/4 cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
3. In a large bowl combine flour, wheat germ and salt. Make a well in the middle and add honey and yeast mixture. Stir well to combine. Cover and set in a warm place to rise for a few minutes.
4. Roll dough on a floured pizza pan and poke a few holes in it with a fork.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until desired crispiness is achieved.

2 c White flour (app)
1 3/4 c Whole wheat flour
1/4 c White flour
1 t Salt
1 1/2 c Water
2 tb Salad oil
Set for 10 min:
1 t Sugar
1/2 c Lukewarm water
1 Package yeast

Set yeast in 1 ts sugar and 1/2 c lukewarm water for
10 min. Heat 1 1/2 c of water and 2 tbsp salad oil
until warm; stir in yeast. Mix whole wheat flour,
first amount of white flour, and salt in bowl. Stir in
yeast mixture.
Knead for 5 minutes with the extra white flour.
Place in greased bowl and let rise for 45 minutes
(covered). Divide in two and roll out. Add toppings
and bake at 450 F for 20 min.

whole wheat pizza crust-

1 pkg active dry yeast
1 1/2 c wheat flour
2 TBS Olive Oil
1 c warm water
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c white flour

Dissole yeast in warm water (@5 min) Stir in both flours, sugar, salt, and Oil. Knead in remaining 1/2 c flour by hand @5 min. Dough will be smooth and elastic. Spray a bowl with nonstick cooking spray and place dough in bowl and turn to coat. Cover and let rise @15 min. Spray pizza pan and sprinkle with cornmeal. Stretch crust to fit pan. Toppings and bake at 425 until cheese melted and crust browned.
*can add different seasonings with flour exa. oregano, basil etc..*

just substitue 1/2 of the flour with whole wheatflour and I always add extra sugar to the pizza dough( 1 or 2 Tbsps)_
