sort of balooned out not too much, what could this be? he doesnt drag it only if poo is stuck to his bottom. i know i should take him to a vet , i will, im just worried for now. anyone have this problem before/?

I have only seen this one time. A lady I knew had a Yorkie pup that something like this happened to. The vet said it was some kind of bacteria and gave it meds. It was very young only a few weeks old, it didn't make it. Get it to the vet as soon as possible.

Does it bleed? Is he sensitive enough that he doesn't sit down on it? Does he lick it?
