The knots you describe may be tumor; however, if it is indeed a mass, only an MRI or CAT scan can detect whether it is a solid mass. Cysts are usually not detected by those methods because it is not solid but rather fluid bound. Also, "tumors" don't usually relocate from one part of the body to another. It stays in the area that is infected and may spread to other parts of the body. Additionally, tumors on the abdomin or thigh causes pain due to pressure on the nerves, but you mentioned that it is painless.
Normally, your doctor will do the MRI first and if it is indeed a tumor, he will further investigate with a CAT scan for further details following a referral to an oncologist for a blood test to see if the tumors are benign or malignant (cancerous).
Remember that cancers especially in early stages are considered "silent killers". I am not saying this is your case but point is cancers may be present but the person do not exhibit symptoms.
Everyone is correct in saying that we are not experts. Your best bet is to seek medical attention for an accurate diagnosis. My intention isn't to diagnose your condition but rather to share with you what I do know but don't take my word for it.
Do you live in Delhi, India? I am not sure of the medical practice or location for best check up. Do you have insurance? You may have to research. Good luck to you.

Cancer has many symptoms but you need to seek that advice from a professional not us on yahoo answers that is too serious a question to be answered here, you do not want to be given misleading information. Call your local hospital and make an appointment at their doctors office, better yet, go to the emergency room this needs attention asap. Good Luck!

These could be skin infections, or blood clots, but if they move around through out your body, and disappear, they are definitely not cancer.
A tumor actually grows and roots to one place. If it is benign, it stays without spreading. If it is malignant, it will break off pieces and share with the rest of your body.
I would consult a Delhi University if you are looking for the best.

You should go see your doctor. You can not get a accurate diagnosis on here. They could be anything. Please dont listen to anyone who tries to diagnos on here as they do not have any kind of medical degree or they wouldnt be giving advice on yahoo answers about medical issues.....only a doctor in a doctors office can help.
