Black heads can appear almost anywhere in your face, shoulders and even your back. As for the brown spots that you noticed on your face, it is not fairly uncommon that you're getting them as early as now. There are several kinds of brown skin spots. A dermatologist is specially trained in detemining the exact nature of a particular skin spot. Some brown skin spots include seborrheic keratoses, freckles or ephelids, lentigo or lentigines, melasma, and moles. Lay terms often used to describe brown spots on the skin are: age spots, sun spots, liver spots, and freckles. I would suggest visiting your dermatologist so he / she can properly diagnose it.
In the meantime, you can read more about brown spots here and take a look at the different treatments for it:

Hi! Your skin usually is like your parents. The spots are extra deposits of keratin. You probably have deeper skin tone and tan pretty good. As you age you will get more. Blackheads and spots can appear any where on skin. You could go to a dermatologist and make sure you don't have anything that's more serious. Cancer usually has irregular edges and moles and age spots are more round or have smoother edges. These spots can be taken off at about 75 dollars a spot, but they usually come back. In the old days, they were stylish and called beauty spots. They might become a fad again and you will be en vogue!
Your spots are probably beautiful and someone will find them sexy. Don't worry. God bless!

1st, black heads don't only come up on the nose you can get them anywheres on your body.2nd, brown spots some people call age or sun spots, this may sound weird but take a peach, the fruit, cut it in half and rub it on the spots and its suppose to make them less noticeable or completely disappear, hope this helps.

What is your age? I know when you get around 50 you get some spot they call liver spots, or if you pretty young, sounds like sun spots
You can buy some cream that called vanishing cream, fading cream, that will help removie them and or make them lighter

Try Regene's Ultra White Mask. It really works even for men. I know a guy who stayed under the sun for > 12 hours/day in the previous summer. He tried it & said it works. He was kind of embarrased in the beginning but he is satified with the results.

*sighs* *plashes forehead* They're called freckles. Some are lighter and some are darker. I personally have one really dark one on my face, much darker than the others, but it isn't a beauty mark, as I haven't had it all my life. Try spending less time in the sun if they bother you.
