is it in a circle? it could be ringworm. you can buy comething at the drug store or wal mart to help if thats what it is.

is there hair sticking out of the bumps? if there is its probably a hair bump and you'll have to pluck the hair for it to feel better (which will hurt a little but u'll feel a lot better afterwards)

It sounds like you are allergic to something either you have been bitten by something or brushed up against something. If you are truly worried go to your doc they will tell you if you should be worried or not, try Pine tar lotion it will help with the itchiness.
