You will get as many answers for this as there are breeds of dogs. All dog owners think theirs are the cutest. All puppies are cute but they quickly grow up, so if you are thinking of getting a puppy, I sure wouldn't choose on the basis of what they look like as a puppy. I would research the breed, it's strengths and weaknesses and generally what you can expect to find with that breed. You will also want to consider what type of dog will fit into your life style. Be sure to train a puppy while they are still a puppy. It's hard to be a disciplinarian when they are so darn cute.

German shepherd puppies get my vote, especially when they're at the stage where their ears start to do strange things. One ear can be standing up while the other flops over, or both ears cross each other until it looks like they're trying to trade places.
And I love to watch them try to run when their paws are too big for the rest of them. They just go galumphing along, trying to keep up with someone else, and half the time, they end up landing paws over tail.
What can I say -- they're just adorable fuzzy little baby dogs!

It is all in the eye of the beholder. Check out the Shiba Inu. It is an adorable dog I have one and I have a Chocolate lab who was a cute puppy herself!

All puppies are cute when they are puppies but remember, ALL puppies grow up so do NOT just buy a puppy because it looks cute.

Nothing is cuter than a baby english bulldog. I love all dogs and think they are all cute as pups but, I am a sucker for bulldog puppies.

Never saw one before a couple of weeks ago, but neighbours of mine got a French Bull Dog, he is adorable. He's a thumbs up.
