to eat before you go to bed. What if you have worked all day and came home late ate your dinner and went to bed. What does it do to your body?

Because the body doesn't have time to digest and use some of the calories, it will store most of the food you have eaten. Therefore, you may gain some weight.

I've been on and off with worrying about that one. I'm not sure if it makes so much difference but it is probably better to just eat something more light that digests easier like fruit than a heavy meal. I think it is more damaging to stress your body out by eating nothing just because you haven't had a chance til then. I mean i'm sure you use it up the next day you don't just get fat because you let it sit in you for a few hours. I happen to be quite tormented by movement at the moment so I don't live by what I'm saying but I do see my neuroticism over the issue as quite ridiculous.

So what if you worked out all day? That doesn't help the food you just ate. If you eat and go to bed, the food just sits there and turns into fat.

welll it as to do how much calories you eat! so if u worked out all day, why not? your body is a burning machine...eat if you are hungry like a snack an apple, a small salad wont kill you..yogurt yada yada

you burn less calories because yr not doing anything. read tips on weight loss and exercises to better help you on this site
