files are related to using an index file. i.e. a file that tells what evers looking for the files what is available. to delete a file the path in the index is removed. this wont effectively delete the file but allow it to be overwritten by another file later on.

It gets deleted from all sorts of data except the data which is there with Yahoo! or Google or Hotmail. It depends on which corporation you have your account on!

i watch Court Tv and it says it is still on your computer and it sets there untill some other data over writes it..
