Is there a difference between DUI minor and DUI? I heard minor is cheaper.?

I dont think there is too much of a diffrence. I can say either one is bad. I cant stand drunk drivers. All i can say is that i hope you never have to find out.

A DUI minor is related to age. DUI Minor means that you were under 21 and had a BAC of (usually) .02 to just under whatever the legal limit is (usually .08, so minor DUI ends at .079)
