It's hard not to find good food in HK, any cuisine can be found there, whether in the finest restaurant or from street stalls. I particularly loved a dinner I had last spring, starting with some pan-fried birds nest with scrambled eggs, double boiled sharks fin with bamboo shots, spinach and asparagus with garlic, and to finish it off, a delicious chilled mango pudding.
