If there is any doubt at all--don't do it. If you really believed deep down that "it'll be ok" then you wouldn't be asking the question here. Don't be stupid. Lives can be ruined in a moment of passion. Love is patient. There is a time and place for everything.

Well if you know its ok why do you have doubts, if you have doubts it may not be because you are afraid it may be that you are not ready, really look at your situation and ask yourself if you are feeling rushed to come up with an answer is that why you have the doubt or is it really fear of the unknown.
Only you can answer those questions and stay true to yourself and what you believe in. LOL.

depends on what it is. as i got older, i began to realize more and more that throwing caution to the wind can hurt a lot of other people including yourself. on the other hand, you are a adventurer, a free spirit who doesn't want to be tied to the same old same old. you are a seeker, a discoverer. the best way to face fear is just face it. Good luck, it's a judgment call after all. I've lived both ways. learned and loved a lot, experienced things I'll never forget and things I'll never regret or change for the world. those things make up your character and who you are. you might surprise yourself as i did.

Sometimes we don't make decisions based on rationality, and sometimes we go through thoughts like that just becuase we are afraid that somewhere along the way we might somehow regret our decisions. But like you say, you only live once, unless it is physically going to hurt you, then why not?

Emotions can get us in trouble. If you know you don't want to do something and someone else is pushing you to, then don't do it. If your friends boyfriend came to you because they broke up and he was really hurt and you gave him a hug, and you knew you really like him and then you start kissing, should you let it go any farther, eventhough your emotions told you you should. No Someone gets you mad and your emotions tell you you should punch that person in the face, should you do it anyways? No Emotions can get you in trouble. Learn to control your emotions before you start listening to them.

I will try to answer those questions as best as I can...first, I am trying to understand what you mean. If you are talking about taking a risk in life...in that case...just try to live life to the best of your ability. Sure there a lot of options but just use the best of your judgement and try.

Not everything has a second chance. Think this out, and decide why you should, or should not do this, and what you are risking by doing it.
As with anything, if you're not SURE, then you should wait until you are.

Yes, you only live once but that does not mean that you go with every choice that's thrown at you. If you don't want to do something, don't do it.
