First of all, DO NOT listen to "Pie Man" he is apparently a VERY young kid who has NO intellectual background on this subject. Secondly, you say "after 12"--do you mean after midnight? We don't know what your schedule is, so there's no way to tell you if you're cheating or not. However, it is VERY good that you are watching your calorie intake. You should simply split the 1400 calories up into 3 meals and 3 snacks (approximately). You should be eating every 2-3 hours...small meals and snacks in between. This is the best way to ensure you lose weight properly and are able to keep it off. Also, you should be working out, but to go to "Pie Man's" extreme is ridiculous. At a minimum, you should be doing cardio 3 days a week for 30 minutes and on opposing days some sort of weight training with one free day. Hope this helps! Best of luck in your efforts!!

You can, but it's still best not to eat late. After 7 pm or 8pm is the cutoff time. And no, you're not cheating, but it will hinder weight loss because your body's metabolism is slower at night. Try to keep breakfast as your highest calorie meal so you have the rest of the day to burn it off. Make sure to drink plenty of water and take a multivitamin as well, and you'll find the pounds come off much easier.

umm, sure

but counting calories isnt the way, seriously, its a really bad way to lose weight, the best way is to eat until your full, not much more, then go to the gym for at least 4 hours a day, twice a week or more. And after you go to the gym, make sure you dont go to the gym in the morning or afternoon, stay until they close, and then after that, DONT EAT ANY THING thats the key, if youre hungry, drink water, sip ice cold water or eat celary.
If you follow my instructions, you'll shed the pounds like nobodys buisness.

For best better results, you should get some advice from a doctor or a dietician. You can also have some regular exercise like jogging, playing tennis etc to burn off the extra calories you consumed.
