- make homemade popcorn and top it with fake salt or 1 T of lowfat butter - 1 cup serving -celery sticks and 1 T of natural or simply jif peanut butter - 8 stick serving ( natural and simply is healthier than regular) - salad topped with fresh veggies and homemade crutons - 1 cup serving ( i just put a piece of wheat bread in the toaster and cut it into squares for crutons with lowfat dressing- 1 T) -apple - 1 serving.... you could try it with low fat or sugar free caramel (1 T) - guilt free chocolate chip cookies 1/4 cup butter, softened (fake butter! less calories) 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 1 egg or 1/4 cup of mashed banana 1 1/3 cup Bisquick 1/3 chocolate chips Mix butter, sugar, and egg. Stir in Bisquick and chocolate chips or chunks. Drop by 2 teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for about 8-10 minutes, until lightly browned. Makes about 2-3 dozen chocolate chip cookies. Based on 36 cookies made with banana nutrition facts Calories per cookie: 80.5 Fat per cookie: 3.5 Carbs per cookie: 1.2 Sugar per cookie: 9.4 - you could have 3 of these It really doesnt matter what you eat as long as you excercise alot! Think of it this way: for every 100 calories you eat, you want to do 10 minutes of cardio or strength training. The average person eats 1800- 2000 calories. To lose weight and get a better body, eat 1500 and do a half an hour to an hour of working out every day! You should have three to four snacks every day, 100 to 200 calories each. The less the better and try not to eat anything after 6 pm, because are body's metabolism tends to slow down then.

chips and salsa. The chips can be pretty bad for you, but salsa is always healthy. You can try and find chips with lower fat. Or you can figure out something else to put salsa on.
You should try and find some kind of fruit that you like. There are so many! Maybe you would like dried fruit more? Nuts are good too.
Granola is a good thing.

Hummus with low fat Triscuit , low fat cheese.. protein shakes.. do it yourself pizza.. Get a flat pita and put flavored tomato sauce with mozzarella cheese and canadian bacon.. Bake in the oven. Put olive oil around the edges so as not to burn.. Delicious. Nuts are a good source of protein but have some fat.. Egg beaters/egg whites in a whole wheat tortilla. apples and peanut butter.. edamame

Raw nuts and seeds, like almonds, pumpkin seeds, cashews, pecans , walnuts etc.
Wonderfully healthy and also full of protein and their fat is of the healthy kind and make sure you stay full for longer. But beware, they have to be raw or they lose most health benefits

trail mix, nuts, tortilla chips (as long as they don't have any hydrogenated oils, they will kill you), smoothies (chocolate smoothies with natural sugar i.e. cane juice crystals, honey), yougurt (plain :( or sweetened with healthy jam:), your own popped popcorn (not the stuff from the bag). Does that help?
