You may be worried or anxious or depressed. Alternately you may be overstimulated at bedtime. Try these simple steps.
1. Have a calm down routine before bedtime (avoid high intensity exercise, reading stressful news, or watching TV or listening to fast paced music.
2. Drink a warm glass of milk (avoid alcohol or stimulants at least 2 hrs before)
3. Have a warm bath.
It would not hurt to see your doctor and check your blood chemistry and blood pressure.

I think it's lack of sleep? Maybe you should get yourself a sleeping schedule. I started doing the same thing too so i started sleeping at 10:00 pm and wake up at 8:00am or 9:00am. I followed up by taking a shower, eating breakfast (everyday morning routine, ya kno?). And i started feeling great. I'm 13 and 5'3 so even i can do it. Or maybe you should go to your doctor. Hope you feel better! :)

you will sleep better if your body is tired....you don't have to exercise yourself to exhaustion every day but you should be strenuously active two or three times a week.
also make sure the place you sleep is quiet, something that can be difficult to achieve in the modern world.
adequate ventilation helps.
for some people, going for a walk after dinner really helps...you may notice that it makes you fart. that is the desired result. clearing the gas out of your intestine reduces the pressure on the bowel wall, if you must know.
it can also help you sleep if you avoid eating heavy foods late at night, unless you are already adapted to pigging out and crashing.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

i have the same problem! i think its from stress. with me its about the time i should be in bed that i can finally sorta relax and so i dont WANT to go to bed i want to stya up and just chill. but then somtimes im just to tense to sleep.
the thing that has helped me the most is stayin away from caffeine, nott just before bed but ALL the time, any amount of caffeine can cause you to have trouble sleeping and feel stressed.try to get more organised too that helps alot.

Nothings wrong. Its totally naturnal. Its just that your body just wants rest. If you want to stay up longer, every 5 or so minutes do jumping jacks or something athletic to keep you up. Hope this helps.
