Tell us the name and location of your school. I'm going to write to the governor about this, seriously. It should be illegal for a school, parent or anyone to deny a child the right to eat or use the rest room! That is child abuse and neglect at the least! I'm very concerned for you and your classmates. What school do you go to and where is it?

I'm sorry but this is a little hard to believe. You mean to tell me all of the students have to hold it all day until the end of school 7 hours? What about the girls that have their period? What if someone is sick. What about PE, can't you go then? If this really is going on it will not be long before a parent compains and it makes it on the news.

I think that is just wrong of everyone involved. Your school for those rules. If you have to go that bad then at least have maybe a hall monitor or something be allowed to open the doors. I would have said, I have to go to the bathroom, if I can't use the bathroom I'm going to go outside and then I will call the school board and my parents. Then I would have said and if you refuse to let me relieve myself and I happen to wet my pants I will call a lawyer. That is sooo unhealthy to hold your pee. AND your parents........I'm a parent, did they understand that u were not allowed to go. If I were them I would have went straight to the school and cussed a whole bunch of people out. IT WAS NOT YOUR FAULT. I feel very bad for you. Good luck and let your parents read these comments.! Unground the kid and do something about these rules! What if it was you that had to go....would you wet yourself????????????????

If your school has lock up the restrooms and they know this what r u to do but go 2 the trees. your parents should look into this more and ask why r they doing this. what if your teacher shave 2 go do they have 2 wait too. you did what you should have done next time stand in the middle of the class and do it and say well all of the doors r lock with a silly grin on your face and c what they say then.

That is an outrage. Your school must of had some serious problems with people smoking in bathrooms or something. Still, that does not give them the right to take everyones ability to go during school. Even prisons allow more freedom in that respect.

The reason your bathrooms are being locked is your school administration is reacting to something else that happened. I'll bet you could have gone to the restroom in your nurse's office or some other place like that. Maybe if the kids in your school used the bathrooms for what they were really intended, you wouldn't be in that spot.

No, it is not fair. It is one of the most ridiculous things I have heard of as school policy. Unfortunately, the schools in FL have a number of ridiculous policies. Sorry that your parents are not more supportive of your need to conduct normal biological function. I took my kid out of public school in FL over this exact thing.

No, it wasn't fair how these adults treated you. When you have to go a bladder will not take no for an answer. Maybe next time quickly sneak into a washroom without anyone seeing you. Either that or wear Depends (adult diapers) all day until your class is over.

A school can not by law restrict you from performing natural body functions such as pee'ing. I would talk to your principal, if he does not budge, talk to the school board, if they don't budge get yourself a lawyer. And I am being serious.
