the black man fuse has a bolt in the bottem of it
imagine what a electrical plug looks like with two holes in it and a screw holding in it. you have to remove that screw.

Where is the fuse located? There is one fusible link that is on the end of the battery cable that is black. There are two bolts the screw into either side that you have to remove before you can get it out.
