All sins can be forgiven except the sin against the Holy Spirit that is, blasphemy against the Spirit (Mk. 3:28-29). That means ridiculing the works of God which can't be denied like attributing to evil the miracles that happen in someone's life like healing from an incurable disease for example.

According to Scripture blaspheming of the Holy Spirit cannot be forgiven - it is the only unforgivable sin.

Yes. Rejecting Jesus as your savior. Other than that, absolutely anything, if sincerely repented of, is forgiven by God.
It is important to note that, in the book of Hebrews, scripture tells us we are able to come boldly before the throne of God to obtain mercy only because of Jesus' sacrifice on the cross.

Not at all! Forgiveness is a facet of Jehovah’s great love. In his Word, he assures us that when we manifest genuine, heartfelt repentance, he is willing to forgive. (Proverbs 28:13)
: “Do not be misled: God is not one to be mocked. For whatever a man is sowing, this he will also reap; because he who is sowing with a view to his flesh will reap corruption from his flesh, but he who is sowing with a view to the spirit will reap everlasting life from the spirit.” (Gal. 6:7, 8) God does forgive sins and looks with mercy and compassion upon the children of Adam who were born in sin. (Ps. 51:5) However, the true God revealed himself to Moses as “Jehovah, a God merciful and gracious, . . . pardoning error and transgression and sin, but by no means will he give exemption from punishment.” (Ex. 34:6, 7)

Yes. It hasn't got to do with the seriousness of the deed, but with the intention that moved the doer. I mean, a simple lie that was meant to hurt is more serious than a guy who shot a friend of yours down, by accident. It the first one I won't forgive.

To deny the Holy Ghost (Spirit). But that is assuming you have a testimony of it to begin with.
