Best Queso Recipe Ever!
1 pkg Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
1 large yellow onion sliced
1 Diced jalepeno
1 can Hot Diced Rotel
1 can Plain Diced Rotel
1 pkg McKormick Hot Taco Seasoning
2-3 oz monterey jack cheese
2-3 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese
2-3 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
1 large box velveeta
This makes a crockpot full of queso enough for a party.
You cut the velveeta, monterrrey jack, cheddar, and cream cheese into cubes and add the diced onion and jalapenos in a large microwavable bowl. Add 1 can of hot rotel. Put in the microwave and cook in two minute increments taking it out and
stirring every two minutes and cook it until it is all melted. Then brown your sausage in a frying pan and once fully cooked add about a cup or 2 of water and let it soak in the water and simmer as it burns off (this makes the sausage tender and keeps it from
over powering the taste of the queso). You should not have to drain the sausage. Put the sausage in the queso and mix and check consistency. Now open your other can of plain rotel and if you like a lot of the tomato then pour it all in but I dont like all that in there so I use the lid to hold the tomato back while I add the juice to the queso until i like the consistency of it. Then I add some of the tomato from the rotel but not all---just do as much or as little as you like. Then add taco seasoning about 1 tbsp at a time until you like the flavor and you are done.

1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 package of pork chops
1 large green pepper
1 large yellow or orange pepper
1 large sweet onion
Cut peppers in to strips and sautee in vegetable oil. Chop onion and sautee. Sautee pork chops until slightly browned. add all ingredients to a large pot or wok and let simmer for 20 minutes or until porkchops are done. Serve 1 or 2 pork chops with a healthy helping of the fried veggies. You can either serve on rice or with a simple side dish like brown sugar carrots. Boil carrots until done, melt in 3 tablespoons butter or margerine, or until filly coated, and add in as much brown sugar as you like.

Full of flavor from fresh orange juice and zest, this cake is moist and rich with an added kick from white chocolate chips. Read through the recipe before you begin. It may seem like a lot of work, but it goes together quickly. You may substitute other varieties of orange, but you may need more than one orange and the navel orange gives the best zest.
INGREDIENTS:
1 large navel orange (see instructions)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup (1 stick or 8 Tbsp) butter, at room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1/4 cup fresh orange juice (see instructions)
3/4 cup buttermilk or sour milk (see Note)
1 cup white chocolate chips
Orange zest (about 1 tbsp - see instructions)
Glaze:
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 Tbsp butter
Icing:
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
Orange juice
Orange zest
PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with non-stick foil.
Using a microplane, remove the zest from the orange (should be about 1 tablespoon) and set aside.

Juice the orange (should be about 1/3 cup), reserving the juice for use in the recipe.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until combined. Beat in 1/4 cup orange juice (reserve the rest for icing) and buttermilk or sour milk (see Note).
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Beat for 3 minutes on medium speed. Fold in half of the orange zest (reserve remaining half of the zest for the icing).
Pour into prepared baking pan. Sprinkle white chocolate chips on top of the batter. If they do not sink in, tap pan gently once on the counter. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned and cake tests done in center.
Glaze:
While cake is baking, melt orange marmalade and butter in the microwave about 45 seconds. Stir to combine. Brush glaze over the top of the warm cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. Then let cake cool on rack to room temperature before adding icing.
Icing:
Combine confectioners' sugar with cream cheese and about 1 teaspoon of orange juice until smooth. Add a little more juice or milk if too stiff. Mix in remaining orange zest. Scrape into a zip-top bag, press out the air, and seal. Cut a small corner from the bottom of the bag and drizzle glaze over the top of the cooled orange cake in a zig-zag pattern.
Yield: 18 to 36 servings, depending on cut size
Note: You can easily make sour milk: Measure 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice or distilled vinegar into a 1-cup measure, then add enough milk to make 1 cup. Plain yogurt may also be substituted for the buttermilk or sour milk.
