your hair will grow approximately 0.5" - 1" per month

take plenty of vitamins and massage your skull to help stimulate hair growth

as winter is around the corner wear a hat until your hair gets at least 1" long

wal mart has a vitamin for growing hair and nails...just look in the vitamin section..it takes three months for these to start kicking in though...and in the meantime..don't use a lot of styling products or it will clog the pores and not let your hair grow...

let it grow out because it will never get longer if you are not patient!
