You can take these continuously but just be aware of the signs you are getting into trouble - constant nausea, stomach pain means your body says "stop taking this stuff". Fixing the pain cause is your best best. Standing in one place may be giving you lots of your symptoms. Try taking a 5 minute break, walking briskly, swinging your arms around, flexing your neck, shrugging your shoulders - anything to get your muscles warmed up which brings increased blood to these areas and helps decrease the discomfort. Also, an exercise program at home with shoulder, neck, back stretching - again anything for about 30 minutes will help with the pain/discomfort and healing.

Nimesulide 100mg three to four times a day is good enough for most of the pains and it does not have major side effects in this dosage even if used for 15 days at a stretch.

It may cause nausea & vomitting sometime if taken on empty stomach. But as such no serious side effect. It is the safest pain-killer available for asthamatic patients.

I would NOT use it even if it was free.
IT causes Bone marrow depression and Liver failure as two top most adverse drug side effects.
There is a reason it is banned in many countries!!!
TAKE ibuproffen or naproxen for pain and inflammation;why try something controversial?? your body is not a dump yard...right?

Nimesulide, or for that matter any other pain killer, they all affect the kidney-functioning. Take it only under the advice of a doctor.
