well i'm 13 years old and i weight 127 pounds and i'm scared see all my friends are all thin and skinny. my stomach jiggles please help me....

but i dont look fat . but i do weigh that much and people dont beieve me only i know because sometime i wear tight cloth and you can see me bad body. but i usually wear loose cloth .

Don't panic and don't be in a hurry. Peoples bodies are different for a purpose. Eat simple cereal for breakfast. No sugar. A half of glass of milk with the cereal. A glass of water three times a day and more. Multi-vitamin a day. One cup of coffee or tea if you must, no sugar or cream.
For lunch, have one fruit and a salad with vegetables at least two types fresh. Eat every veggie you can stand for lunch. A one piece of bread sandwich. Low cal chess. Baked Turkey chucks or slices, dry. Water.
Dinner time, water, coffee or tea, if it is not late, half a glass of light milk. Ordinary dinner but without butter or cat-sup or other spreads. Mustard is OK. Light on the potato's but no fried foods. Fresh vegetables, carrots, cereal, olives 8. Tiny piece of desert, fruit pie, fresh is good. Stay on this diet for two weeks and record your weight loss.
If you get over whelming hunger drink water, and eat jello, veggies, one piece of bread nothing on it. One fruit. Stop eating.
Every thing is without salt. Food has enough salt and you don't need it right now.
Weight loss will be water, but that is good. After two or three weeks it gets harder and the pounds come off slower, but stay with it anyway.
You have to eat a variety of foods. Several veggies a day. Different fruit each day. Chicken or Turkey or veal. If you must a small piece of steak two inches square, with no fat on it, baked. You can start putting a little salt on things, but tiny, tiny carefully spread. Often done by the cook. Ask if it is not you.

You CAN'T loose 20 lbs in 2 weeks.
You CAN loose 20 lbs in 2 months.
However, it doesn't sound like you weigh too much, just that you aren't fit. Take what you learned in every health class seriously if you want to look better. It's all common sense. Cut out the junk food, add the veggies and the exercise.
Just remember there will ALWAYS be someone that makes you feel inadequate-no matter what you weigh. Keep your expectations realistic on what you think weight loss will bring you.

Christ, where are your parents? 20lbs in two weeks is NOT healthy. So what if your friends are skinnier than you? And 127lbs means nothing to me without knowing how tall you are. If you're 5'5"ish, that's healthy and you should be glad because I see a lot of kids your age at that height who weighs closer to 200lbs.

I lost 12 pounds in three weeks. All I did was cut fast food out of my diet, and hit the gym every other day for two hours straight with an emphasis on cardio. I'm not sure if your school has a gym, but trying out for every sports team you can get your hands on isn't a bad idea.

And don't give too much thought about what people will think of you if you don't make it. Your goal there is to lose those "excess" pounds. Trust me, people'll look at you with more respect once (or rather "if" you choose to tell them) they know the real reason why you're there.

Child you are only 13, you are gowing and the jiggly stomach will correct itself in some time. I would advise you to stop eating Chocolates candy, Junk food (Burgers, French fries etc) which is oily and makes you gain unnecassary fat regular excercise and a good balanced diet with Vegetables and fruits more then oily greasy food will help tone your stomach down. Start swimming and do stomach crunches will make your stomach flatter. In addition to the above advice take the Homeopathic Remedies CALCAREA CARB 30 and CALCAREA PHOS 30 thrice a day half hour before meals these will help you a lot in staying healthy and slim without causing any complications or side effects.
Please do not try to go on a diet or take any slimming pills which will be unhealthy at your age :-).

the only way to do that is not healthy and should not be done. especially by someone as young as you are. my advice is to eat healthy and exercise. its not fun. its not glamorous. but it works. the best way to take off weight is a little at a time. that way it stays off. typically about 1.5-2 pounds a week. you didn't say how tall you are, and that helps determine around what weight would be healthy for you. so i'm assuming your pretty short if you want to weigh 107 pounds. as for tummy... crunches are wonderful!! you should get an ab roller and just use it while your watchin tv or listening to music. its really easy. also... weight is just a #. be healthy. not a twig that will fall to pieces if someone gives you a hug. thats soo not hot.

You can lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. You just have to have a VERY strict menu plan. You have to be doing cardio almost everyday too.

Okay well everyday eat 2 times a day. Always eat carret juise. Thats good for u and will lose u alot of waight. Second dont eat sweets or anything fatning. Eat big meals for brakefast and small meals for dinner. Meat is good, hot dog eggs and other stuff are good!! good luck! (corret juise is sweet but its good)

Well being the same age I turned veg. and in like 2 months i lost mega pounds!!! I only did it for the animal cruelty but now I feal healthy and that is what is keeping me.

13 and 127lbs?you do not need to lose weight, eat healthy and exercise. forget about being skinny and just be healthy.

And ignore the guy above who said reduce calories to 500 a day,thats called an eating disorder and will put you in the hospital.
