I already exercise and eat less but my weight is still the same. Why???

maybe ur thin to the max?? being a couch potato does stuff. (not that im saying nething cause u said u exercise)

It is what you eat also. You need a balanced diet with one fruit a day and two vegetables, fresh if you can, small amount of meat, on meat fat, mike at least half a cup and low calorie mild at that. Reward yourself. Small deserts. As low cal as possible. Two inch sq. at the largest with deserts. Exercisers five days a week. Start slow, ten min first wk. Fifteen second week and twenty fourth week. Also take daily multi-vitamin.Three full glasses a day of water at least. Good luck.

It maybe what your eating. you need a healthy well balance diet that includes 6 or more servings of fruits and vegetables and drink 6-8 8oz glasses of water
