ok, there is this guy who works at my local S&S.
Ever since I first met him I have been having these strong feelings about inviting him to church. It's really strange considering that I've never talked to him before, or at least never had a conversation with him. But even though we have never spoken, I can just tell by his face that he is a well rounded young man.
A couple of months ago my ward was having this fireside for none-members. It was kinda like a musical fireside and testimony's from some ward members. That really hit me hard to invite him to this fireside when I heard about it. I almost invited him too but then got scared.
Well a couple months went by, and my ward again is having another fireside. But this time it's on the restoration of the gosple, I want to invite him more then ever! To make this short, how do I go about doing so? I have an invitation but I'm having trouble on how to aproach him. any advise? Please I could really use the help.

It's not hard!
You can say something as simple as, "I know that we've never talked to each other, but I've noticed you before and wanted to talk to you. My name's . What's yours? Hey, there's this devotional service coming up at my church on at

I have never heard of an S&S store so your mission must be far from where I live. I'm a HP in the church so you are getting the opinion of a person that has been around for a while and also a convert to the church First ask yourself if you fealing is a personal attraction or a sprital one. This is hard for a sister missionay to approch a man in this settig because he may think you are interested in him. Is there Bro Missionaries that could do this for you. If not give him a written invitation with Time and place etc of the gathering. Go to him with your companion right beside you and Smile and Say that you are missionaries of the Church of Jesus Christ of LDS and we are haveing gathering with some of our church friends and you though that he might enjoy the company of your friends and hand him the invitation and wate for his responce. He will probably ask what kind of meeting (now you have your conversation started ) when you are through with the conversation Sign the invitation. And offer to have others pick him up and you greet him when he arrives. Pray for the Holy Gost to be with you and he will guide your words. Be Professonal and Kind.

"Hey, Billy Bob," "I know you don't know me, but I wonder if you would be interested in joining myself and some friends for a get-together XYZ night?" "The last one I went to was really great, and it popped into my mind to invite you to this one."
"Here is an invitation, with time, date, etc. on it, if you think you might like to come"... "Or better yet, why don't we just come by and pick you up!?"
Once you make the first move, hopefully the spirit will take over! Even if not, you have made the offer- you never know where it will lead unless you do!
Good Luck!

That's great advice.

Just take him to a movie.

Don't play the religion card unless you actually know what he believes.
