It's kind of hard to pick a place over the internet and know whether it's got good access to stuff and a little bit of privacy.

There are plenty of condo rentals for like $90-$100 a night. I was there last year and stayed at Kihei Kai Nani in Kihei for $90 a night and it was very nice- just like a small apartment on the beach. I was just wondering which ones are the ones with good access to the beach in Paia.

$100.00 dollars a night for a place in Maui is a bit unrealistic, plus to add in there a good place to stay. Typically privacy and good location also come with a price tag.

Maui is more expensive than say Waikiki Beach where you have more options to opt to not stay on the beach to save a little money.

Good Luck to you, but I think you are going to have to up your budget for hotel in order to make this work. Because I can tell you if you DO find one for $100.00 dollars a night I know I would never stay there, and it most likely isn't going to be what online portrays, as many of them aren't. The old saying of "You get what you pay for".
