The word "Good Friday" sounds like "Good Riddance" when it should actually emphasize on the serious loss of JESUS to mankind. Which dumb-head created this illogical word?

How is that illogical when that is the day He died to save us from our sins? It was a bad Friday for Him but most definitely a GOOD Friday for us. And it wasn't the loss of Jesus to mankind - read the rest of the story - He rose again on the 3rd day and is now sitting at the right hand of our Father God ever interceding for us.

Jesus died for our sins. Much like today someone takes the murder rap for us and goes to death row for our crimes. If this same person willingly and lovingly went to the electric chair on Friday for my crime I would call that Awesome Rockin I can't believe he loves me that much Friday!!!!! WhoOO hOOoo LOL. Thats why.

May GOD richly bless you.

It was the day the Lamb of God took away the sin of the world.

Our sins are also called Oh happy faults! If this didn't all happen we couldn't be in Heaven so our wonderful all knowing and all loving God knew how to defeat his enemy before the enemy even thought about trying to put one up on our Lord. THANKS BE TO GOD!!!
