Don't skip meals! Eat simple... the simpler the food looks, the healthier it is for you. Lots of greens, fruits, lean meats, fish, etc. Be sure to drink lots of water, at least 8 glasses a day. Also try to eat 6 times a day, including snacks. Don't skip breakfast, but try something light like wheat toast with an orange. For lunch you can try a wheat turkey sandwich or salad with tuna in it. For dinner try lean chicken breast with steamed veggies and a cup of rice. Snacks that are good are yogurt, carrot sticks, etc. Good luck!

I lost 50 pounds in 6 months with exercise & eating right. I worked out for 30 minutes to an hour 6 days a week & ate small meals (of meat, protein, & green veggies) every 3 hours from 7am until 8pm. I was overweight, while you do not seem like you don't need that of an extreme diet. With exercise, I started off with walking a mile one day, then 2 miles the next, then walking for 30 minutes, etc. Basically, increasing every week. Try to just cut out sugar & soda & fit in more veggies & water throughout your day!

Do some simple every day exercise like walking- it tones and helps you lose fat fast! Also, stay away from too many empty calories like soda and candy. Finally, get full on healthy meals with salads and soup before a meal to fill you up and lessen your appetite. No late night snacking either! Sometimes it's the little changes that make the most difference. Good luck!

Exercise that pushes your heart rate closest to your targeted heart rate is the most suitable exercise to get rid of fat. You should exercise with sufficient intensity to raise your pulse rate, which in turn speeds up the fat loss process. The exercises that bring your heart rate close to your targeted heart rate will boost your metabolism, which will lead to fat loss.
