Weight gain or loss is simply an equation. 3,500 calories = one pound of weight. If you burn 3,500 calories more than you consume, you lose a pound and vice-versa.
Nothing else matters. The calories come from beer, wine, blocks of raw marzipan or butter? Just the same (for weight purposes).
Like your booze? Go for a walk three times a week. One hour per walk. Too much effort? Drink lots of water at the office. The walking back and forward to the water cooler, combined with extra trips to the bathroom, will burn enough calories to counteract a lot of the damage.

As has already been stated, wine (generally). Dessert wines that are very high in sugar would have more calories than beer though.
As for a low calorie drink, rum and diet coke would have about 75-80 per drink but again as previously stated, empty calories.

Wine has slightly less-however, all alcoholic beverages are "empty" calories (very little nutrition for the # of cal) and will cause you to gain if you overindulge!
