I hope you're not depressed. Why would you want to speed up time? The only time I can understand that is during a boring speech or sermon. I guess you could try thinking about something pleasant and exciting.

yes, jump off a bridge the adrenaline will speed up the brain and time seems to slow.
so if you fall asleep it will have the opposite affect and time seems to go faster.
other then dragging the earth around the sun faster which will kill us all follow along the lines of my first 2 answers.
