Hi there;
In Mexico, they have very strict laws regarding who can work in their country and who can not. Most, if not all jobs in Mexico must be filled by Mexican citizens first. Mexico has a very high protection rate for employment there.
Please view the web sites about working in Mexico before uprooting and moving there.

I bet that maybe you are not going to believe me and I don't care. It's OK you have this image of a chaotic Mexico so that way we'll have Mexico only for us the nice Mexicans that stay in our country.
Please! All does people going there are only the low and bad educated Mexicans that can't find any opportunity in a country that is changing because they were too lazy to attend to school.
Well, coming back to the main theme. Do you know Mexico City's crime percentage is lower than Washington, DC. Monterrey, NL is the safest and wealthiest city of Latin America with a GDP and quality of life similar to Manhattan.

The companies that move to Mexico from the US usually lay off the US employees and hire the locals at dirt wages.
Lee Jeans did this back in the late 1980s.
I do not believe there are any safe cities in Mexico right now.
No, I would not move to Mexico if my company moved there.
DDT is still legal there, malaria, criminals abound, and there isn't any law to speak of. It is near chaos. It's filthy and the water is bad. I understand Aids is prevalent. It is a step backwards.
Even the Mexican people do not want to live there.

Very dangerous. Some companies have compounds in which their employees can live. The government is corrupt, crime is rampant, its like living im Memphis I would imagine, only fewer Mexicans in Mexico. Seriously though. Living ther is doable just dangerous. If my company paid me well enough then yes. If I had other options then no I would stay here in Memphis... (go figure)

Of course I would, that's the country I come from, and for all the ignorants that say that Mexico is so poor that they don't have anything to eat, let me say that they're wrong, It's true that there's not enough opportunities for everybody and that's why they come here but if you had the chance to go there and see for yourself, it would change your point of view about mexicans, most of them ar loving, nice, hardworking, and beutiful people, the weather is just marvelous especially in the south of the country and the food is great.

No. My job was outsourced to Brazil and we were not given that option. It was the same company already there. I wouldn't have moved there. We lost our jobs. They areThe EATON Corporation and they are listed with companies that outsourced their jobs and laid off their employees, permanently. NOT a good company to work for. I'm a born American and I'll die an AMERICAN of the USA.

No, I would not. The conditions there are too hard to live around. Even though I may have enough, and probably could even live at a higher level than here in the U.S., it is just much too hard to see the suffering of the masses down there. It's heartbreaking.

Not something I have to worry about. But I could move anywhere if I had too. There is beauty everywhere--you just have to look.
And I have been places very primitive--No McDonald's-nothing close to anything-no luxuries. But I will still able to enjoy something.
Add on--Pod---Why don't you go to podville and start your own pod forum?

Why can't you get your own identity? I am sooo tired of your questions. Can you name the safest city in the US? If you needed a job you would keep it, otherwise you'd be looking for a new one no matter where they were transfering you.

Nope. If I had to live outside the USA or leave my job I would find another job.
