A bladder infection can cause pain in your pelvic area as well as discomfort inside your penis. While stationed on Okinawa, I saw many cases of urinary infection that was not HIV (in 1953, the term had not even been invented). Military personnel picked up all sorts of "minor" infection from girls in the local villages. In the last 2 years I had a case of bladder stones --- not kidney stones--- which caused discomfort in my penis and was treated with antibiotics. It kept coming back until the urologist used untrasonics to "break up" the bladder stones and flush them out. I understand symptoms from HIV take years to show up.

U have to do a blood test to check for HIV. Ur dr is probably checking for a urinary tract infection which would cause pain and burning during urination and could also cause pelvic pain.

More than likely you have a bladder infection which is easily treated with atibiotics or even a urinary antiseptic drink Wait for your results you have done the right thing getting checked Eat well with plenty of water to flush out your system
Take care

It sounds like it may be something else but its always good to go get checkups just to be on the safe side that was smart of you, even when you wear condoms. Good luck and hopefully its nothing major

i doubt it is hiv because hiv dont cause physical issues that you feel it causes internal things that mess you up later on and hiv is realy very dormant untill it becomes full blown aids you are prolly safe from that and just over reacting
