If you're thinking Tibet, I don't think that's entirely true. Yes, the Tibetans want their land back, but from what I understand, they don't want to go to war with China.
Personally, I'm a Buddhist, and I think that all the people who want war and guns and stuff can just go live on an island until they kill each other off. That way the rest of us (of all religions, not just Buddhists) can live in peace!

no the true teaching of Buddha preaches peace and tolerance
but may be they are some fanatics or some devotionist
but i know Sri lanka is a buddhist country which are in civil war

I would have to say, Tibet. Only b/c the Chinese have occupied their country for like, forever or something.
