Every day, more reports of tragic and unnecessary deaths of more US soldiers. When will this madness end? What will it take for the American people to raise their voices, with the kind of protests and marches there were during Vietnam? Have you ever been part of an organized protest? Would you do it again?

I was in the Gay March on Washington, I think it was between 1992 to 1994, I forget exactly. It was in the Spring and the cherry blossoms were blooming. It was a stunning sight. It was extremely empowering and memorable. It feels great to be part of something HUGE, as you realize it takes each individual making the effort to be there to make it HUGE.

IF someone told me there was a million (multi) million dollar MArch vs. Iraq War, I would be there in a heartbeat! SO lets do it...Lets go baby... GW here we come. SPRING 07......spread the word.

I agree with the war so I wouldn't march. But even if I disagreed with the war, I probably still wouldn't. In all reality, a march does nothing. The only way it will affect anything is if the people in charge are weak, and only govern by polls and not what they think is the right thing to do it.

I don't have that kind of freetime on my hands as I am too busy supporting my nation in my own way. If the American people were united in putting an end to terrorism, we could start bringing troops home in six months.

It doesn't do any good. The Repubs ignore everything. Vote Dem in Nov. That's the only thing they can't ignore.
