Your girl came home from work damn near every day talkinbout how her boss made a sex joke or how some guy feels her up and she tells him to stop but he doesnt then she has a big laugh about it and doesnt take it serious at all I would go punch the guys face in but she acts like what there doin is no big deal

it is a big deal its called "sexual herassment in the work place" and its against the law. if she finds it funny maybe you should tell her one day when she walks in the door today this chic grabbed my nuts and rubbed her hands all over my chest. see what she says then just tell her its no big deal and laugh it off. i think things will change. if not do you want to keep a girl around who teases every one at the office and doesnt care if some one else is showin her man a lil extra love.

I would tell her that no matter what, I would support her. I wouldn't blame the victim, and I wouldn't make HER situation worse by retaliating against her co-workers. I might do some searching online to see if I could find a similar job that pays even better, in hopes that she would consider changing workplaces.

it is a big deal and it seems the reason your girl doesn't see it that way is she is enjoying not only the attention seh is getting at work, but your reaction when she tells you all about it. You may reconsider your relationship, she sounds like a floozy, any self respecting female would not think that is funny.

She likes being flirted with, but she's practically cheating by allowing that behavior. The guys who are doing this to her aren't going to take her rejections seriously if she's giggling about it. You don't want to get her in trouble by going up to her job; she could get fired. She's at fault as well, so you need to make sure she puts an end to this if she values your relationship.
