Or is morality absbolute, and perspective relative? If murder is absolutely wrong, and two people witness a murder, but one justifies it while the other condemns it, then perspective is relative, given the absolute nature of the crime. Does that make sense?

Of course perspective is relative, but morality is not. Morality is absolute, which means that perspectives which view objectively immoral acts as wrong are right, while perspectives which view objectively immoral acts as right are wrong.

But what is the absolute nature of the crime? If it can be justified, let's say self defense, is it considered murder in the same sense that another person plots out the death of another? In war, is it murder in that same sense? There is no black and white to the picture unless you know all of the facts about the situation. So it would still be the perception of the witness and their opinion on the morality of the event. People view morality differently from one person to another, even those who agree on a basic idea about morality.

You're getting moral relativism and moral subjectivism mixed up.

I'll give you an example of each.
Moral relativism: The belief that all beliefs are correct. If you believe morals come from God and I think morals are man made we are both right.

Moral Subjectivism: The moral is based on the subjects perspective. Killing my friend makes you a evil. Killing an enemy makes you good. If an enemy soldier kills my combat buddy to me he is evil. To his fellow soldiers he is good.

Murder is not absolutely wrong. If you murder to avoid being murdered, or if you murder a murderer just before he triggers to kill other people, then it's not morally wrong to murder. And to tell you the truth, I may be wrong, but I don't think anything is absolute.

The Catholic church is paying thousands and thousands in reimbursement for the intercourse/pedophile crimes of their priests on my own!! Christians are noticeably over represented in the divorce courts!! Christians invented the assumption of sin and then the assumption you may sin, ask forgiveness, get pardoned and initiate with a clean sheet!! So no marvel that they are so professional at it extremely is it?!!! So it could in no way be morally properly suited to rape a toddler and then kill it by using burning it to dying yet faith can pervert prospectives and morals to make people think of they are able to do it!!
