I Know that this is going to sound strange... but does anyone know how to properly weigh themselves? I'm not talking what time of the day, or wearing what.. that's all good. I'm just a little unsure on how to stand. Do I lean forward or back. As I wear mostly high shoes (I have no height to me what-so ever...lol) when i stand flat foot, I find myself leaning off a little. I know it's a strange question and alot of people are gonna be thinking alot of things... but just wondering if anyone might be able to help...?

Use a normal scale and stand there unless you are huge. If you are huge go to the local truck stop and use the truck scales.

Stand evenly on the scale and no matter what you do or don't have on when you weigh, keep it the same each time and weigh at the same time of day. preferably only once a week. because a body can fluctuate several pounds during the day. and only weighing once a week will not give you a false since of Gee I lost 2 lbs since yesterday so I can eat whatever I want.

Stand on the scale evenly flatfoot and after making sure it is on 0. Balance yourself straight and even on the scale.

Weigh yourself totally nude first thing in the morning preferably the same time everyday. I recently read because weight is so variable add your weight each day like if it was #117 on monday and #120 on Tuesday do this Sun-Sat and total it up and divide by 7 and this is your true weight!

just stand straight, if you can't stand up straight without leaning you might want to see a doctor, your equilibrium might be off
